This policy describes how Tarraco App Lab processes the personal data of the users of this website, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and with Organic Law 3/2018 on the Protection of Personal Data and the guarantee of digital rights (LOPDGDD).
1. Data controller
- Controller: Tarraco App Lab, S.L.U. [PENDING: final company name]
- NIF/CIF: [PENDING: CIF]
- Registered address: [PENDING: registered office]
- Email: privacy@tarracoapplab.com
2. What data we process and what for
This site only collects personal data through the contact form: name, email address and the content of the message. The purpose is solely to attend to and respond to the enquiry submitted. We do not use this data to send advertising nor do we add it to mailing lists.
Browsing the site does not require registration and does not collect any additional personal data. This site does not use tracking cookies or analytics tools (see the cookie policy).
3. Legal basis
The legal basis for the processing is the consent of the data subject (article 6.1.a of the GDPR), which is given by ticking the acceptance box and submitting the form. Consent may be withdrawn at any time, without retroactive effects.
4. Recipients and processors
We do not transfer personal data to third parties. The form is processed through the hosting service Netlify, Inc. (USA), which acts as data processor and takes part in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, which offers adequate safeguards for international transfers in accordance with chapter V of the GDPR.
5. Retention
We keep the messages received for as long as necessary to deal with the enquiry and, at most, for one year from the last contact, unless there is a different legal retention obligation.
6. Rights
You may exercise at any time your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to privacy@tarracoapplab.com, stating the right you wish to exercise and proving your identity.
If you consider that the processing does not comply with the regulations, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
7. Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data: the site is served entirely over HTTPS, does not store data in its own databases and limits processing to the strict minimum.
8. Changes to this policy
Any change to this policy will be published on this same page, with its update date. We recommend that you review it periodically.
