Cookie policy

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small files that websites store on the user's device to remember information about their visit: preferences, session, usage statistics or advertising. Their use is governed by article 22.2 of the LSSI-CE, the GDPR (EU) 2016/679 and the LOPDGDD 3/2018.

2. Cookies this site uses

The public pages of this site do not install any cookie, first-party or third-party: we use no analytics tools, no tracking pixels, no social buttons with tracking, and no advertising. For this reason you will not find a consent banner either: the regulations only require one when there are cookies to consent to, and here there are none. Instead, on your first visit you will see a small notice reminding you of this.

So as not to repeat that notice every time, when you click «Got it» an anonymous flag is saved in your browser's local storage (tal-aviso-cookies). It is not a cookie: it contains no data, it cannot identify you and it never leaves your device.

The only exception is the private applications area («Work with us»). If you log in there, a technical cookie that is essential to keep you identified is created:

  • tal_empleo — first-party cookie, technical type. It keeps your session in the candidate area; it expires after 30 days or when you log out, and it is not used for tracking or advertising. It is exempt from consent because it is strictly necessary to provide a service expressly requested by the user (article 22.2 of the LSSI-CE and the AEPD cookie guide).

3. Third-party services

The site is served through Netlify's infrastructure, which may use technical mechanisms strictly necessary to deliver the content (load balancing, network security). These mechanisms do not identify the user nor are they used for tracking purposes.

Links to external sites —including the products in our portfolio— lead to websites with their own cookie policies, independent of this one.

4. If this changes

If in the future we add cookies that require consent (for example, analytics), this policy will be updated and a prior consent notice will be shown in accordance with the cookie guide of the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
